DR. ANTONIS PAVLIDIS

Dr Antonis Pavlidis is an experienced Consultant Cardiologist based at St Thomas’ Hospital, where he specialises in interventional cardiology. He treats a range of conditions, including chest pain, palpitations, valvular heart disease, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, and heart failure. His particular interest is in the treatment of complex coronary disease and the percutaneous treatment of chronic total occlusions.

Dr Pavlidis gained his medical degree from the University of Athens before undertaking specialist training at St Thomas’Hospital and the London Chest Hospital. He completed his PhD in primary dyslipidaemia and has authored several book chapters and peer-reviewed publications. He is currently involved in clinical research in the area of preventive and interventional cardiology.
