Dr. Lo Monaco graduated with honours from the University of Pavia in 1997 and completed specialized cardiology training in 2003. He further advanced his expertise with a Postdoctoral Fellowship at New York Medical College, earning his American medical degree and passing the USMLE with distinction by 2009.

Since then, Dr. Lo Monaco has served at West Middlesex Hospital and taught at Imperial College, London. He also leads preparatory courses for Royal College of Physicians membership exams. In 2012, he founded Cosme Medical Limited to offer medical education for doctors aiming to pass US, Canadian, and Australian board exams.

Dr. Lo Monaco excels in advanced cardiac imaging and treats conditions such as heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease, and ischemic heart disease. His diagnostic skills include 24-hour ECG Holter monitoring, echocardiography, dobutamine stress tests, and CT coronary angiograms.

Dr Antonis Pavlidis

Dr Antonis Pavlidis is an experienced ConsultantCardiologist based at St Thomas' Hospital, where he specialises ininterventional cardiology. He treats a range of conditions, including chest pain, palpitations, valvular heart disease, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, and heart failure. His particular interest is in the treatment of complex coronary disease and the percutaneous treatment of chronic total occlusions.

Dr Pavlidis gained his medical degree from the University of Athens before undertaking specialist training at St Thomas'Hospital and the London Chest Hospital. He completed his PhD in primary dyslipidaemia and has authored several book chapters and peer-reviewed publications. He is currently involved in clinical research in the area of preventive and interventional cardiology.
