INTRODUCTION
Dr Omar Shaikh is a Consultant Cardiologist & Electrophysiologist working at Royal Worcester Hospital since November 2023.
He trained in General cardiology with sub-speciality training in Electrophysiology and Device implantation. He has expertise in patients with heart rhythm abnormalities.
He undertakes both ablation and device implants, and performs in excess of 150 cases per year. Dr Omar also sees general cardiology patients, and has 2 clinics every week in my NHS practice.
He is passionate about delivery excellent healthcare to patients and working in partnership with them to come up with treatment plans and management strategies.
